By downloading, installing, or using the Circle Connect mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use Circle Connect. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the App

Circle Connect is designed for lawful business use only. You agree not to misuse the App to store data unlawfully, harass individuals, or violate any applicable law. You are responsible for all data you enter into the App.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

Free features are available without payment. Paid plans are billed as described on the Pricing page. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of Circle Connect are the intellectual property of Circle Connect and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

Circle Connect is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India.
