We do not share your personal data with advertisers or third parties. In Team plan scenarios, data is shared only within your defined team as authorised by you. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the App under strict confidentiality obligations.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

APP PRIVACY (App Store / Play Store Privacy Label)

The following data is collected by Circle Connect and used to provide the service:

User Content: Notes, meeting logs, follow-up details, and relationship history you enter. This is private to your account.
Account Data: Your name, phone number, and email.
Usage Data: App feature usage and interaction patterns to power AI suggestions.
Device Data: Device model and OS version.

Data Not Collected:

We do not access your phone's contact list without explicit permission.
We do not collect location data.
We do not track you across third-party apps or websites.
We do not share your data with advertisers.

Data Linked to You: Account data, contact data, and user content are linked to your identity.
